The hotel is in a great area, near the beach and a lot of great restaurants. The rooms are modern, with a good wifi signal and a nice selection of channels on the TV. Plus, the air conditioning was working great.
The cleanliness at the hotel was poor. The pool was full of cigarette butts and there were too many kids, so it was hard to relax.

Our room at Citadines Royal Bay had an interesting layout and a great ambience. The location was also convenient, close to Losari Beach and many cool restaurants. We enjoyed the modern room, good AC, and strong wifi signal. The TV had a nice selection of channels.
One specific situation that happened during our stay was a minor inconvenience with the soap dispenser in the bathroom. It wasn't working properly at first, but the staff quickly refilled it.

We had a fantastic stay at this place in downtown. The location was perfect, as we could easily walk to all the major attractions in the city center. The room was modern and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure to accommodate our requests. Additionally, we appreciated the convenience of being able to store our luggage before our departure. we were very satisfied with our experience here.
We highly recommend this place to family and friends.

This hotel has a prime location, with easy access to Losari beach and the downtown area. We had a spacious room with comfortable bedding, and the breakfast was delicious. the facilities, including the gym and pool, were modern and well-maintained.
The customer service was subpar, with unprofessional and unhelpful staff.

I loved the fluffy pillows, wooden floor, and double plugs next to the bed. The staff was friendly and greeted me. Convenient location near shops and eateries.

We loved staying here, right in the heart of the city with loads of great food options next to the port. The hotel facilities were great, including a lovely pool. The place was clean and the staff were fantastic, always helpful and friendly. Plus, the breakfast had plenty of options to choose from.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.
